New York Sour


  • 2 PartsHudson Do The Rye Thing Whiskey
  • 1 PartLemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • ¾ PartSimple Syrup
  • 1Egg White
  • ½ PartRed Wine


  1. Add all ingredients except red wine to cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake hard and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  4. Using a bar spoon gently pour a red wine float over the back of the spoon layering the wine over top of the cocktail.
