New York Sour
- 2 PartsHudson Do The Rye Thing Whiskey
- 1 PartLemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- ¾ PartSimple Syrup
- 1Egg White
- ½ PartRed Wine
- Add all ingredients except red wine to cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Using a bar spoon gently pour a red wine float over the back of the spoon layering the wine over top of the cocktail.
