- 2 Parts Hudson Bright Lights, Big Bourbon Whiskey
- 3⁄4 Part Fresh Lemon
- 3⁄4 Part Honey Syrup
Instructions
Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice. Strain into a tumbler glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

- 2 Parts Hudson Bright Lights, Big Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 Bar Spoon Demerara Simple Syrup
- 1-2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled, then strain into an old fashioned/rocks glass over a large chunk of ice. Cut a generous slice of orange zest, express orange oils over drink, garnish with zest & serve.

- 1-1⁄2 Parts Hudson Do The Rye Thing Whiskey
- 3⁄4 Parts Sweet Vermouth
- 1⁄2 Part Fresh Lime
- Topped with Ginger Ale
Instructions
Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice. Strain into a highball cocktail glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a long orange peel.

- 1-1⁄2 Parts Hudson Do The Rye Thing Whiskey
- 1⁄2 Part Sweet Vermouth
- 1⁄2 Part Dry Vermouth
- 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
Instructions
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

Ingredients
- 2 Parts Hudson Do The Rye Thing Whiskey
- 1 Part Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- ¾ Part Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- ½ Part Red Wine
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except red wine to cocktail shaker without ice.
- Shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake hard and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Using a bar spoon gently pour a red wine float over the back of the spoon layering the wine over top of the cocktail.
